Gourmet Updates
We just got in Capriole’s Tea Rose chevre, named after the goat on their label, Tea Rose is a breath of Spring. Great on its own, the Tea Rose also pairs well with English muffins and tea, or try it with a sparkling Blanc de Blanc. You can learn more about this lovely wheel later this week when it’s featured as the cheese of the month for March! Also new in the cheese case this week is Pickwick from Coombe Castle, a delectable mature, British cheddar mixed with rich and sweet caramelized onions.

Wines
Spring is right around the corner and we’re so excited to get a little taste of it. We’re celebrating the amazing weather with an amazing wine. Raventós de Nit is a Spanish sparkling wine with a pale pink color, delicate bubbles, and aromas of fresh red fruits like strawberry and raspberry Hints of white flowers and subtle minerality will pair extremely well with the Tea Rose chevre from Capriole!
