Wine

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a renowned winemaker from the Burgundy region of France, celebrated for his meticulous approach to viticulture and winemaking. His eponymous winery, established in 2003, focuses on crafting high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. Colin-Morey’s philosophy emphasizes sustainable farming practices, with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic methods. This commitment not only enhances the quality of the grapes but also fosters a deeper connection to the land, allowing the wines to express their distinct character.

The Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Rosé is a remarkable expression of the winery's dedication to excellence. Made primarily from Pinot Noir, this rosé showcases vibrant fruit flavors, balanced acidity, and a delicate structure. Its elegant profile makes it versatile for various occasions, from casual picnics to refined dining experiences. With its bright, fresh notes of strawberry and watermelon, complemented by subtle floral undertones, the rosé encapsulates the spirit of Burgundy while standing out as a sophisticated choice for wine lovers.

As summer is coming to a close, be sure not to miss out on the last of one of our favorite rosés.
